Lacey Powell Clark has the experience, integrity, and commitment to the rule of law that Northwest Florida expects in a Circuit Judge. Lacey earned her law degree with honors from the Florida State University College of Law in 1994, and she also holds a degree in Criminology. Her legal career has spanned 23 years, and she is a partner in her family’s law firm. During her career, she has represented individuals and small businesses in our community in thousands of cases involving a wide range of legal issues. Her peers have honored her with an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest possible rating for legal ability and adherence to the highest standard of professional conduct.
As a lifelong resident of Northwest Florida and 5th generation Floridian, Lacey's roots in our community run deep. From serving as a board member for Fresh Start for Children and Families to volunteering with Special Forces troops and providing free legal services to homeless veterans, Lacey is a proven public servant dedicated to our community's needs. She also enjoys volunteering as a member of the Crestview Rotary Club and Impact 100 of Northwest Florida. Her dedication to community service and helping those in need make her an ideal choice for Circuit Judge.
Lacey and her husband, James, have been married for 22 years, and they have two children. They are members of Crosspoint United Methodist Church.
